Book 10 in The Sisterhood Series

WHEN YOU NEED THE BEST, YOU NEED THE SISTERHOOD...It's been years since the members of the Sisterhood first banded together, with the help of their mentor Charles Martin, to exact their own form of justice on those whose crimes had gone unpunished by the legal system. Now, back in the United States after an enforced exile, and ensconced in a new home on Big Pine Mountain in North Carolina, Myra, Kathryn, Annie, Alexis, Isabelle, Yoko, and Nikki are breathing easy at last-but not for long. One dark night, under cover of a vicious storm, a helicopter lands on their mountain. The Sisters aren't about to wait to be ambushed. Braving the storm, they set out to greet their guests, only to be told by Charles that the mysterious visitors are the Sisterhood's new employers, and they've got a dangerous new assignment in mind. The task they face is daunting. If they succeed, the Sisterhood will be rewarded beyond their wildest dreams. If they fail, they'll forfeit much more than a paycheck. But if the Ladies of Pinewood have learned one thing over the course of their adventures, it's that when friends band together, miracles can happen...

Great Book! I have been waiting for it to come out.I am really enjoying it. However it mentions the demise of Dr. Julia Webster. I don't remember her dying. Can someone tell me which book I need to reread that mentions her death?
Thanks so much!

I don't remember which book it was that Julia died. Her revenge came in the book Payback so it was either that one or the one that followed it in the series. I loaned my books to a friend so I can't check it for you.

Julia died in the book The Jury. This was also when the judge's pregnant daughter died. Very sad book, but captivating just as all of them are.

By the way, Fast Track was, once again, one that I couldn't put down. I cannot wait to get my hands on Collateral Damage. My mom got me hooked on the series, and I believe it took me 3 weeks to read all of the books in the series, thus far. I'm hooked!

I just completed the first seven books of the Sisterhood series. Wow! What a great read. Please keep them available on audiobooks for that is what I do each day with over an hour commute to work.
Thanks for the site. I enjoy reading others' comments.

Hi name is Kathi. I work at a Gas Station part time. Most times to none the job gets very boring. My regular customers come in and see me reading a new book each time I work. I live to read. I have to be honest I have seen your books at stores but have yet to read any of them. I am pretty picky sometimes about authors. If I like your stuff I will make it my job to find any and all books by them and buy them and read them all. That there in causes a problem for me because the authors I do like I have read all of their works. So my one customer suggested your novels. She specifically mentioned some series you had about a women who's daughter and unborn grand baby was run over (hit and run) by some man from China or some place. Where he got off free so something about her going vigilante and seeking justice that way. She said others joined in with here in other books. I have to say she could not remember the title of the series but she said she knew you wrote them. From all she told me the other night made me want to try out this series. But to do so I would need to know what she was talking about. Hoping she was not confused and you did write them. So if you or someone could help me out and let me know the names of the books I would go out and get them. Thanks for your time and listening to me babble.

I wish you'd fund these books and your texas, vegas, and kentucky series into movies it'd be great. And you could donate most of the money to your favorite causes.

I RAN ACROSS ONE OF THE 1ST BOOKS OF THE SERIES AT THE LIBRARY AND READ IT. NOW I'M HOOKED I'M ON THE LIST AS SOON AS THE NEW BOOK COMES OUT I'M ON THE LIST TO GET IT. I START READING THEM AND DON'T WANT TO STOP UNTIL I'M DONE. THE GIRLS SEEM LIKE THEY ARE LIKE REAL FAMILY ONCE YOU GET INTO THE BOOK YOU CARE SO MUCH FOR THE ALL JUST LIKE YOU WOULD YOUR OWN SISTER....

I have read all 14 and as much as I enjoyed the first group the last 2 were somewhat of a disappointment. I am not sure but it seems to me that you were rushing through them and had lost the heart you gave to the others. I do hope the personal life you have did not cause you this distraction. Please bring back Charles and let the girls do more great work.

I have also read many of your other works, and prefer the books where romance is only part of the story and not the whole of it. A few of your books read like a porno type of book rather than a true love story. You have a true gift of writing and for the most part you do a fantastic job. Personally I enjoy sex as much as anyone I suppose but I don't need pages and pages of it to keep reading a book. Please keep up the good work and wonderful writing style I found in the early sisterhood series and use your talents for great adventures of amazing women not lower yourself to those books left to Harlequinn readers. Thank you
